At V-ART, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Log into your V-ART account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

Pack Your Items

Place the original, unworn garments with all designer tags still attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and affix it firmly to the outside of your package, ensuring old labels are covered.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
